二 |     8月23日，全国书法“蒲公英计划”书法篆刻美育导师专项交流活动在临平区超山风景区圆满收官。来自全国各地的专家学者、美育导师汇聚一堂，共探书法篆刻美育发展路径。活动现场，“临平·书法美育导师培训中心”正式揭牌成立，蒲公英美育的“种子”就此扎根于临平这片底蕴深厚的金石文化沃土。“蒲公英计划”由中国文联副主席、西泠印社副社长兼秘书长陈振濂于2012年发起，入选全国新时代文明实践典型示范项目。活动期间，陈振濂开展美育总论专题讲座，与会专家围绕中小学及大学书法篆刻美育教学法展开深入研讨，为全国书法美育师资队伍建设进一步夯实基础。临平超山是江南书画印文化的核心地标，也是西泠印社首任社长吴昌硕的寄情之所与长眠之地。吴昌硕常年在此探梅挥毫、治印作文，留下大量金石传世之作，为这片土地积淀了独一无二的笔墨基因。近年来，临平深度盘活超山文脉资源，高标准建成问心馆，修缮浮香阁特色创作空间，串联宋梅亭、大明堂等历史点位，打造出集原作展陈、名家创作、研学教学、学术研讨于一体的金石文化综合体。而今，“蒲公英计划”的落地，将进一步打破传统文化资源“重展陈研究、轻大众普及”的局限，把“沉睡”于展馆之中的金石文脉转化为可感知、可参与的公益美育课堂。依托西泠印社、浙江大学的顶尖学术资源，“蒲公英计划”将通过系统化师资培训、课程研发与主题活动，搭建起面向全年龄段的书法美育服务体系。立足超山美育基地，临平正探索可复制、可推广的书法美育“临平模式”——在做好本地教师能力提升、青少年书法启蒙、市民夜校与艺术沙龙等普惠美育的同时，为全国书法美育师资梯队建设积累成熟经验。未来，临平将以“临平·书法美育导师培训中心”为载体，持续健全师资培养、课程开发、活动开展等全链条长效机制，统筹校园、社区、场馆、景区阵地资源，深化与长三角地区乃至全国美育资源的联动共享，推动书法教育走进千家万户，打造覆盖全年龄段的“大美育”格局。
